Main Meals

  Jerk Pork £8.50
  Selected pieces of lean belly pork, trimmed of all excess fat, marinated in our own freshly made ting N ting jerk sauce and slowly cooked on our charcoal barbecue drum until tender and juicy.

  Peppered Steak £9.50  
  Quality chunks of lean beef marinated with carrots, potatoes and, seasoned with an array of our scotch bonnet peppers and spices, then slowly cooked until tender.

  Jerk Chicken £8.50  
  Legs, thighs, and breasts seasoned with our own freshly made jerk sauce and barbecued over charcoal in our own jerk drum for that unmistakable authentic caribbean taste. As seen on Ready Steady Cook and was called Ting n Ting.

  Mutton Curry (Award Winning) £9.50  
  Award Winning dish, Tender chunks of quality mutton cooked the Caribbean way, seasoned with our classic fusion of Caribbean herb and spices and cooked to a medium hot, mouth watering flavour.We produced this dish for sainsburys but, used lamb instead.

  Chicken Curry £8.50  
  Boneless pieces of chicken, seasoned and cooked with the finest curry  and spices from the Caribbean.

  Oxtail Stew £8.50  
  Traditional oxtail pan sealed, them marinated with fresh herbs and spices and slowly cooked with carrots, kidney beans or butter beans.

  Fish of the Day (Market Price On The Day) £8.50-£15.95  
  Fillet of Snapper, Trevally, Red Bream and Swordfish steaks (please ask chef for the fish of the day)

  Fix - Up Platter/Mega Fix Me Up Platter (For Two To Share) £15-£25  
  A combination of Jerk Chicken, Jerk Pork, Mutton Curry, Chicken Curry, SaltFish fritter, Spicy Beef, Plantain, Rice N Peas, Coleslaw and a dumpling! into this one dish, a very popular choice with our customers and a great introduction to taste of the Caribbean for the first time.
